Independence was contracted for demolition and civil work to facilitate a design build installation of new stamping presses. Independence performed select demolition of steel, wood block flooring, concrete floors and foundations of former press systems to allow for new press installation. Our scope of work also included excavation as well as modification of existing pier columns to support new presses. All generated concrete and scrap metals were recycled for reuse.
Parma, Ohio

Our scope of work also included excavation, design and installation of an earth retention system, reroute of underground utilities and installation of an under drain system. Work was performed without accident or incident. All generated concrete and scrap metals were recycled for reuse.
