Independence Excavating Inc. Earns Plain Dealer Top Workplace for Sixth Consecutive Year!

In May of 2017, Independence Excavating was notified we'd be recognized by the Cleveland Plain Dealer as a Northeast Ohio Top Workplace – a recognition the company has earned now for 6 consecutive years!! The award is one, we as a company hold very dearly, as the measure is taken from the employees themselves and their feedback of the type of place in which they work.

This year's theme "Secrets to Success," based on employee nominations and surveys, includes 150 companies in three divisions. The list includes 29 first-time winners this year and 11 companies that have won all eight years.

In 2017, Independence Excavating was ranked 8th out of 50 midsize companies to win Top Workplace! We could not be more grateful to all the employees who took the time to share their thoughts and opinions in survey form this and in years past.
