The Plain Dealer Recognizes Independence Excavating, Inc. for the 7th Consecutive Year as a Top Workplace!

Independence Excavating, Inc. (IX) is extremely proud to be recognized as a 2018 Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio in the midsize employer category for the seventh consecutive year. Out of 50 companies recognized in this category, IX ranked 8th, along with our sister company, Precision Environmental Co., which ranked 32nd, joining the list for the first time this year. Since 2009, the Plain Dealer has ranked local companies based solely on nominations and employee surveys. The Plain Dealers' use of survey data is highly supported by the company and we feel our employee’s perception is one of the best measures of how our workplace fares in comparison to others in the area. The Plain Dealer scored in particular areas and we ranked highest in the appreciation category.
