This project consisted of multiple restroom renovations while the owner occupied the building and continued manufacturing in the facility. Close coordination and multiple different shifts were utilized to keep the project on schedule.

Work included the removal of existing concrete slabs to replace the sanitary piping, demolition of walls, and the rerouting of existing utilities to feed the new layout and design. Commercial grade hard wired plumbing fixtures installed as well as electric soap dispensers and new showers.
